Sheppies are very, very loyal dogs. You don’t hear of sheps turning on their own family but they would put their life on the line to keep them safe. Sheps are the best dogs!

laying on hard surfaces can lead to the dog having a “lump” or ball like thing on the areas that the dog mostly lays… My gsd tends? to lay with his chin on the ground, and he got what looked like a really big lump. like a huge bee sting or whatever.

and most gsd’s are allergic to the saliva of the flea.
also, there very sensitive to the sun.
it dries their skin out really bad.
