When my GSD does this she wants to go outside. Or I’ve told her we’re going outside. She does it just to annoy the out of me until I take her out. It’s funny

Im not much of a dog expert, but pacing is a normal case of being anxious, the german shepherd should be put to work in any way possible for atleast 2 hours a day, whether it be jogging or training, best of wishes that s/he gets over his/her anxiety

All depends on the dog. She might be lacking exercise or she is maybe simply burning off puppy energy. GSD’s take 3 years to mature
