How to Love German Shepherd Puppies

German Shepherd puppies are cute and very adaptable, possessing great physical prowess and are lovable and devoted, even at a young age. German Shepherd puppies also make wonderful companions for young children as they also provide personal protection. One should however insure that the puppies are not inbred and have had their inoculations, and been wormed and heart wormed to date and that they have a registered I.D. microchip. German Shepherd puppies, before they are purchased or brought home, should have a Veterinarian Health Certificate as well as a written contract and health record.

    Kennel Interview

Before buying German Shepherd puppies, one should go to the breeder or the place where one is thinking of buying the pups and have a kennel interview. The breeder or other source for the puppies should have excellent breeding foundation and one may also look for American show lines, if one wants such a type of German Shepherd puppy. In addition, the environment in which the puppies are to live in and grow should be stimulating to their minds and bodies and the puppies should be exposed to everyday experiences as well as have toys to play with.

87% of all dogs DIE way too early because of the food they are fed. Find out how to STOP this happening to your German Shepherd!

German Shepherd puppies need to be kept in controlled climate and their living place should be free of parasites. There should also be enough exercise area for the puppies to exercise in. The food that one feeds the puppy should be of premium standard and a raw food diet is also recommended. There is nothing better than a well fed and happy German Shepherd puppy.

The German Shepherd puppy should also be exposed to environmental printing at a young age; the German Shepherd needs it to develop fully and properly as well as physically and mentally. It should be made to socialize with children as well as the elderly. The German Shepherd puppies have strong muscles and it is important to teach it manners by sending it to obedience classes at a young age. When the pups grow up it becomes harder to teach them.

German Shepherd puppies may also take time to get accustomed to people around them and may wait a while before trusting others and so, one should socialize the puppies by taking them to many different places so that they may experience new sounds as well as observe new things. Also, it is important for the German Shepherd puppies to be taken for walks as that would not only give them much needed exercise but also prevent them from becoming lazy.

Since the German Shepherd may work as a guide dog for the blind, search and rescue dog, police and herding dog it is necessary to begin its training at an early age so that they learn their trade at an early age when they are most receptive to learning. Given their intelligence an aptness to learn, teaching them particular new trades is not very difficult and they tend to pick up things very fast and very early. Giving the puppies a lot of exercise is also good for their health and well being and they should also be well fed and looked after and be brushed and bathed regularly. The next thing one would need to learn about is all that goes into German Shepherd puppy care.
