At times, dogs' barking can become frustrating and irritating, and a bark
control collar might be needed to solve the problem. They can be used to silence
the undesirable barking of your dog. They are completely safe to wear, and do
not inflict physical or emtotional damage or pain.
The SBC-6 works on the principle of getting your dog's attention by offering him
a correction at times of relentless barking. It comes with 6 levels of
corrections which automatically adjust to your dog's needed level of corrections
and can be used by dogs of at least 3 and a half kilograms. For smaller dogs, we
suggest you try one of our other collars.
Just slide the collar on your dog's neck whenever you have guests, at night, or
in any situation where barking would be very inconvenient. The SBC-6 detects
barking with some vibration detectors that are integrated in its design, and
when it detects barking, it releases a small static shock in order to call your
dog's attention.
If your dog barks again during the following 30 seconds, the collar will
automatically move to the next intensity level, out of the 6 it has, unil it
reaches a level where your dog stops barking: on the other hand, it
automatically shuts off for 3 minutes if your dog continues to bark for more
than 15 times in 50 seconds. The collar will emit both a beep and a flash of a
LED light evey time it releases a charge.
Also, the SBC-6 is resistant to water, and it will tell you through an indicator
when it's time to get a new battery. Equipped with a plastic orange strap, this
collar can be adjusted for neck sizes from 6" – 28". The purchase includes an
RFA-118 battery pack that powers the collar.
Critical Pointers in Using SBC-6 Collars
It's not advised to make your dog wear the no bark 6 collar more than 10 hours a
day. Do not attach tethers to the collar for that may lead to false corrections.
The collar shouldn't be used in situations where barking is perfectly
acceptable. Ensure that the collar fits snugly. Maintain it tidily and let your
dog be free of irritations with SBC-6 collars.
The SBC-6 is a great tool to reduce barking at inconvenient times. It's light and comfortable to use. Just remember, don't use the no bark 6 collar when barking is acceptable.
